More than 24 Mac filtering?
« on: February 18, 2012, 08:52:50 PM »

Was using Linksys WRT54GS and just bought 825 and found out that 825 has only 24 mac address filters;  somemore,  it is used for both network and wireless.  Linksys has 36 and all reserved for wireless.  Just wonder why D-Link does that?  If there are ways to hack the firmware to allow more mac filters?  Does DD-WRT allowing more mac address filters?

If you need more than what the OEM FW supports then I guess your options would be WRT.
