some access-probs with same user via ftp and cifs

hello,

I am using an DNS-320. (btw sorry 4 my english)
I applied some folders (e.g. test), a user and access-rights for FTP and CIFS

At my lan are some different OS' and devices to access to the DNS.
There is a PC with ubuntu 11.04. The 'test'-folder is CFIS-mounted.
A FTP-Connection is built also.

Now I wrote some files in a sub-folder in the test-folder by using the mountes CIFS-connection.
works good.

I wanted to access to this folder with my android device by SMB-procotol. works fine ... i can see ans use every folder ... every folder??? No ... the new temp-sub-folder is not there. via FTP also.

i checked all rights and user-settings at the web-interface ... everything seems to be all right!?

does anyone know aboout this problem!?
