Hello

I am new to Dlink

Can you help me set up rules for pipe remote desktop traffic and http.

1.-From WAN to PC (remote desktop) (highest priority) public IP: 190.108.xx
2.-From LAN to LAN PC (remote desktop) (highest priority) IP: 192.168.2.x
3.-http traffic (Medium Priority)

traffic management is a complex task

use pipe and pipes commands on CLI to trouble shot the traffic behavior flowing through the pipes

remember when manging traffic to make sure you are piping  :P  all the trafic

be careful shaping incoming connections traffic because forward and returning traffic invert it roles when piping by example
