Hi all.
Please excuse me joining the forum to ask a question, but having read the reviews of the 320 I thought it would be just fine

Previously I had a Iomega Network Drive. It wasn't that great a device, but it worked reliably for a couple of years and then died.
I'd been meaning to buy a small NAS and the 320 seemed a good choice. It's got the drive from the Iomega inside it, a 1Tb Seagate Barracuda ST31000520AS
That drive works fine streaming video to my computer, and transfer speeds to and from it seem perfectly reasonable.
Trouble is, streaming to my TV, a Samsung with DNLA is woeful. Buffering every few seconds and totally unusable.
Now nothing has changed except for replacing the Iomegae with the 320. Same wires, same telly, same computer, same router.....
Given that my primary reason for owning this device is streaming movies, it's currently a bit useless.
So if anyone has any bright ideas or tests I could run they would be really appreciated.
Finally, I updated to v2.02 firmware.
Thanks
Steve
