Unable to assign DNS for Static IP
« on: March 26, 2009, 08:47:36 AM »

Hi

Running 1.06

I want to use static IP for my NAS.

Under LAN settings, after I put in all the settings including the DNS IP of my ISP and click apply,
DNS 1 becomes the IP of my gateway and DNS2 is empty.

Anyopne has this problem or a way to resolve this?

Thanks

The DNS should be that of your router if you're using a router.  In the router, you can assign the static DNS of your ISP.

My own error.
I had mistakenly pressed on the apply button instead of the save settings.
