DCS-2230 video clip naming

Has anybody figured out what all those numbers mean in the assigned video clip names? I wish one could include the date&time in the clip name as it can be done in snap shots, but there is no option for that, except a clip prefix string we can designate. But that  does not help to identify the time the clip was made without opening and playing the clip.
