Looks like you (or someone who had the WAN IP before you) was running BitTorrent/uTorrent/eMule and your router is properly dropping those Reset packets.

ca 150 peers trying to connect with CS server. peers are online in server not in client. becouse router is blocking. it's working fine with routers DGL-4300 and DIR-624+ and DIR-524. but not with DIR -655 and 615. is any think wrong with port 30003 ? thanks for the help.

You either need to adjust the 655 firewall settings (less strict) or enable portforwarding for port 30003.

Thanks for you to help me. I have 5 Dlink routers. problem with 2 of them. I tryed portforwarding , Virtual Server and DMZ. does not help. when the port 30003 is open TCP and UDP why the router is blocking ( Blocked incoming TCP packet from 79.160.174.153 ) ?

the error is that you had no connection to that ip...

could it be correct and some app out on the net is sending junk to you?

Did you enable UPnP on the affected routers, as well as the UPnP feature in your application?  It would eliminate the need to manually open ports.

The router is going to drop packets when it sees there is no active connection initiated by you or through the negotiated UPnP port.
