This is my last post on this. The 625 can be turned into a wireless client but the 524 can not. What you are asking us to provide directions for is beyond the scope of this board. It can be done. In your case, it makes no sense to do this since the wireless would run at the 524 G speed.
Get a wireless N access point and connect the 524 as a switch to the new AP. This provides everything you want at N speeds. You are much better off spending the $60 for the AP.
N AP Point @ Newegg: TRENDnet TEW-638APB 300Mbps Wireless N Access Point, or, of course, the D-Link DAP-1522. With the TRENDnet you need the 524 as a switch. With the DAP-1522, you do not - it has 4 port LAN.
