Scrambled picture
« on: June 15, 2012, 01:16:54 AM »

From one moment to the other shows my picture on the computer lines and color blocks. This is well seen in the main console and the web interface. On my smartphone and laptop ieee is the picture perfect. I thought it was a java problem, but I completely uninstalled java and I still had the same problem after reinstalling. I also checked the codecs, that was fine. I notice from Google that there are still people with the same problem, but nowhere a solution is found. Who can help me with this weird problem? My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate.

Thx

Hello, I have the same problem. It seems to be caused by NOD32 antivirus. Uninstalling of NOD32 solved the problem. I am waiting for solution from DLink Support.

You don't need to uninstall it.

Open NOD32, and press F5

This should bring up the Advanced setup menu.

Expand the Web and email tree, then click on Protocol filtering

Uncheck Enable application protocol content filtering

Click OK

That should fix the scrambled picture problem.

Unbelievable, it works! I have searched for hours and days and did not think it would be my NOD32.

Many thanks for the solution  :)
