DCS 932L Offline

I set up my new camera about a week ago.  I am using it in it's wireless mode to monitor my home while we're away.   I also have the mydlink app for my Ipad.  It worked OK while I was home checking it on my home wireless network.  The first trip away from home I checked the camera and it was working well.  Day two I checked the camera and it was offline.  Day three I checked the camera and was offline again.  It has been offline for three days now.  Anyway to reset the camera remotely while I'm away from my home network?  Any idea what's going on or what the fix is?   My router and modem are powered by a UPS.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Unfortunately, if the DCS-932L is unresponsive, there is no way to perform a remote reset unless you are able to access the web interface (MAINTENANCE > System > Reboot the Device).

I installed a 24 hr mechanical timer, set it to turn on and back on at 4am, then plugged to 932L into it.  It reboots it once per day.  The longest it is offline is 24 hours.  Worked for me all last winter.

What seems to be working for me is when using the Ipad app, I sign in, view the camera in 60 second increments and then SIGN OUT when I'm done.  Seems to be working

Is the camera able to retain the time/date?  I recently suffered a power outage (~5 minutes) and the cameras that weren't on a UPS had the date reset to Jan 1, 2010.  Fortunately all the other settings weren't lost (even though they're backed up regularly).

I keep my cameras set to "synchronize NTP server" checked yes, and the server set to ntp1.dlink.com ... my 930 is operated daily by a power timer, and seems to always come up with proper time this way.
