Why do my Cameras constantly access IP numbers in Asia?

The Outgoing Logs for my router show that my cameras (1130) are constantly accessing IP address in Asia on Port 80.   The timeserver I can understand but the other IPs i'd like to know. Some IPS are:  74.208.147.165,  202.153.206.6,   210.73.207.48,  60.251.172.90     And yes,  I have changed the passwords and DDNS is disabled but no change to the outgoing requests.

I've found that my 1130 constantly tries to chatter with dlinklife.com and mydlink.com.  I think it's trying to hook up to the MyDlink portal (which I don't use).  Each camera has a unique ID number, with which the portal then attempts to map to a registered portal user so they can view their cameras via the portal.

I put an access rule in my Tomato router, blocking the 1130 from making these connections.  The camera then tries even harder to make the outbound connections, flooding my LAN with retry attempts. There doesn't seem to be a way to disable the MyDlink phone-home feature in the 1130.  Pity.
