When I am viewing live recorded video through d-viewcam I can hear the audio. I currently have 2 camera recording 24/7. When I go to playback to play a certain clip, there is no sound at all. When I save a clip and click export audio, still no sound.

It used to work. Any idea?

I have the same problem (no audio on playback) if I record everything together ("Start Monitor All"). But if I'm recording the cameras manually (right click on every camera and choose "Manual Record") I can hear audio from all cameras. My version is 3.3. Can you copy that?

Edit: @fuz: Do you have a solution in the meanwhile?

Has anyone phone contacted DLink support, say level 2 or higher in regards to this?

Curious as to why? I recommend phone contacting DLink as it should lead to a quick response to this to see if it can be resolved. This needs to be brought to the attention of DLink support as I don't think any resolution will be found here in the forums.
