Albert, thank you.

I had seen this link and follow the step by step but did not work.

Assign a static IP to the NAS and redirecionei doors as the step by step ..

I do not know what I have done every kind of setting, I used non-standard ports, have disabled firewall etc ...

Making the test site at which you gave me the result is:

"Error: Could I not see your service on port 201.XX.XX.XX on (443)
Reason: Connection refused "

Any non-standard port has the same error or timeout error ....

I do not know where the problem might be .... will the other router in repeater mode has anything to do with the problem?

Yes, I'm using a machine that has nothing to do with my ... separate connection, another network, another ISP, and finally "all other" to take the test ...

Thanks for your patience

I can further confirm if you're comfortable in letting me know your DDNS domain name.

PM me the info.

BTW, have you try putting your NAS in the DMZ? Just go to the DMZ Settings of your router and specify the NAS IP address and see if this work.

Putting the device in DMZ should work most of the time as it bypass any security/firewall and port-forwarding is no longer needed.

If there is newer firmware version for your router, you might want to upgrade it.

I upgraded the firmware. The router firmware is version H1_V3.3.6d_EN, is the last.

I Habiliteio DMZ to the static IP of the NAS and still could not access it outside of my network .... is difficult ...

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
  • Is ISP Modem/Service using Dynamic or Static WAN IP addressing?
  • What ISP Modem service link speeds UP and Down do you have?

What Model # is the main host router?
