NEW DNS-345 - DEAD from Factory

Hello, yesterday i bought an DNS-345 and 4 x HDD Samsung HD204UI unfortunately after i installed the harddrives i found out that none of the 4 HDDS powers up also the coolers and the OLED is dead, the only thing that's working is the LANport and the LED's are flikering, that why i tryed to acces the webmanagement and yes i can acces it but logical if hdd are not powerd up the webmanagemnt conclusion is .... No Harddrive present :) ..... i tryed write a the new firmware that's on D-link website NO Succes , Nothing on the OLED , No HDD powers UP
ANY HELP?

Do you have a spare HDD from a different manufacturer you test in your DNS-345?
