Intel WiFi Link 4965ABGN & 5100 compatibility

I have read the forums sticky note on how to get the 300 speeds but I need additional info.  I have 2 laptops and I need to upgrade the wireless router, which does not do 11n speeds (can only do 54 speeds.)  It is not a D-Link model.  I know these two Centrino based laptops can do both 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz bands. 

Would the DIR-825 router work "well" with these.

I have a 4965 with a DIR-825 and get the best performance on 5GHz.
