In an effort to ensure your sanity, I want to let you know that the new website does contains a number of links that result in the infamous "The specified URL cannot be found" message. From what we've observed, it appears D-Link is actively fixing the live site during the day, so it's very well possible their team was working on something at the moment you submitted your form.
Please try to resubmit your query and let us know what happens (although I would try to get through to their telephone support if possible).
