Lost "all rule" how to get it back?
« on: April 13, 2009, 07:14:59 PM »

Running 1.01, rebooted and tried to access the device and was prompted for username/password. Logged into admin web page and saw the default "ALL" rule was gone. Can it be re-created manually or do I have to restore the settings from a backup or load defaults?

Yeah. That is a bug in this firmware version. You will need to restore to factory defaults to get the "All" option back.

Restoring to factory defaults brings "All" back temporarily.  Once a user, group and share are created, "All" disappears again. Everytime.

*bump*  When does Dlink plan to release a fix?

I restored from a backup of my configuration settings and that worked fine, no need to restore to defaults!

Thanks
