Can't update Firmware
« on: October 01, 2012, 10:45:59 AM »

Hello everyone, I have REV A and the firmwars version is 1.04.  I want to upgrade to ver 1.35.  I have downloaded the firmware to my computer.  When I login to the router page and go to the firmware tab, when I try to click browse for the file nothing happens.  I have tried using Internet Explorer and Firefox.  Any suggestions anyone?  Thanks in advance for any help!!

Is there a reason for upgrading? Just curious if your exhibiting router problems? Lets troubleshoot before updating. There could be other problems that FW updates won't fix.  ;)

What region are you located?
Try using compatibility mode in IE 8 or 9.
Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.

I am pretty sure you have to update to 1.10 first then you can update to the newer ones.  Also make sure you unzip it first if you downloaded it in a zipped format.
