We didn't change the VOip provider, the only thing that changed in our service was the router. We are now using the 4500.
I'm a bit confused on which section in the routers interface lets me open the ports for these SIP requests. It seems that every router uses different terms for creating these "paths" through the firewall. Of course I know that is more my problem of understanding.......
On this router we have, gaming, "gaming fuel", routing, web filters, access control, firewall options, .ect ect ect, all of which could be construed as the way to do it and each with more acronyms than the law should allow.
I know some stuff, I know how to get my intranet IP hooked to the static provider IP, but I honestly do not know how to get this system to make sure that the IP and Port are going to where they need to without hindrance.
Any help would be great.
