DIR-615 - useable as access point?
« on: November 18, 2012, 11:06:08 AM »

[Firmwareversion: 2.27DE
Hardware-Version: B2
Produktseite: DIR-615]

Hi Forum, its my first post here!

I want to use my DIR-615 as an access point. But i dont find the button "activate as access point". This button is shown in this Dlink DIR-300 manual (ftp://ftp.dlink.de/dir/dir-300/documentation/DIR-300_howto_de_AP-Modus.pdf) on page 3.

But it is not there. :-(

Is this for spezial hardware only? If so - are there any known workarounds?

Thanks!

This router already has a built in wireless AP that broadcasts all the when it's used as the main host router.

If your wanting to use this with a different host router, Please review this:
