there was a language pack update while setting up the router. I downloaded it, saved, and uploaded it to the router page and the guess what?! the whole turned to chinese or something. I did a factory reset on the router hoping that would roll back to its original settings but it was still on chinese.

any help? thanks

is there a language selection drop down menu any where on the routers web page?

Try to clear the language pack under system/tools?

cant navigate the router page because i cant understand the language on it.. im looking at the router's emulator on the website but there is no language menu anywhere.

this my bad, i shouldnt have tried to do that language thingy.. *sigh

Can you get to the System/Tools page? The menus are in the same place so you might have to just start clicking and see if you can find it...

If you can find the menu, there should be a language pack clear option.

so the positions of the tab options of the router page are still the same though on a different language, you're right.. on the router page i went to maintenance tab, clicked save/restore settings on the left and clicked the last button on the middle, which according to the emulator is the clear language pack.. that fixed it.. and now its back to english language
