I have DNS-321

On the Product Stickers it says
HW Ver = A2
FW = 1.03

In the WEB UI it says ;
Current Firmware Version :     1.00
Firmware Date :     03/13/2008

However downloaded FW 1.3 V from this link :

However unable to update by NAS.

Any help or guidance will be appreciated.

D-Link often distributes firmware in an archive (.zip or .rar). Did you expand the archive first to remove the firmware file? Also, here is a link to the D-Link USA FTP site housing all of the DNS-321 firmware: D-Link DNS-321 Root FTP Site

Yes, I did un-RAR or Un-Zipped it.

BTW I have two of these same DNS-321 units and same FW 1.03 version worked with on and didn't worked with the other one.
One that was able to update the FW to 1.03 from 1.0  has FW - 1.0 and HW = A2

Do I need to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.01  then to 1.02 and then to 1,03 ?
Or  I can jump straight from FW V1.0 to 1.03 ?

Downloaded FW 1.03 from above link got  the same Error Msg

"Firmware Upload Error!

The uploaded file was not accepted by the DNS-321. Please return to the previous page and select a valid upgrade file."

The D-Link Taiwan site contains firmware specifically for hardware version A2, but the latest version is only v1.02 (not 1.03): D-Link Taiwan Site Downloads
