dap 1353 - 2013 year bug

hello, will there be a firmware update for the dap 1353 access point in order to solve the manual time set up?
i can only choose 2002 to 2012, and i noticed that since the beginning of the year the AP seems to turn off wifi very often, i have to reboot it or turn it off and on very often...
