Suddenly missing files on Volume1

I have a 2 1TB drive raid setup on the dns 343. I powered it down to move it and when i powered it back up i am missing lots of files. It almost seems random. But i'm missing files from various directories. I'm not sure what could have happened. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

same problem on DNS-320L, im not sure this is normal mode?

Checked a folder tonight and 200gb of files just gone? Help
