« on: February 06, 2013, 09:20:05 AM »

Hallo,

I have a new horstbox.
This running yet as WLAN-Router only (without DSL)
LAN/WLAN works

Problem: horstbox reboot each 60 sec.
Result: sessions over wlan, lan are very instable.

Log:
Jan  1 01:31:04 localhost kern.warn kernel:  new reboot

It this a watchdog feature?
Howto configure "new reboot" interval? (ex. 1min-1hour)
Howto disable check DSL-connect?

regards Heiko

There may not be any way to disable "check DSL connection" as it's always trying to check for the connection I presume since this is a modem.

I would review the User Manual for any information regarding if there is any options to disable the DSL connection. There may not be.

You may need to seek a different kind of platform for your network, Say a dedicated wireless router like a DIR series.

Phone contact your regional local DLink support office for additional help.

Good Luck.
