« on: February 11, 2013, 09:41:14 PM »

i am using dlink 8600 access point . i applied MAC authentication on it but it is not working properly.
i applied MAC authentication form
manage--->VAP--->VAP 0 ----> MAC authentication (local) ----> apply
manage--->MAC authentication--->allow only station in list  (and then entered the MAC addresses )--->apply

still unregistered users are able to connect to access point..

Link>Welcome!
What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
What region are you located?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional local DLink support office.
