Hello.
Yesterday I bought a D-Link DIR 835 H/W Rev A1, F/W Ver 1.02
I found that I couldn't establish a link via Ethernet. It didn't even give me a link light, nor did Windows detect that the LAN cable was connected. I plugged the PC into an older D-Link router using the same cable and got a link, no worries... So it had to be the DIR 835.
Assuming that the unit was faulty, I took it back to the store, and they happily gave me another. Took it home, same problem! What are the chances of two faulty units?
So, before I go back to the store, I need to know if I'm doing something wrong, because that's probably what the store is going to think if I go back again!

Thanks in advance,
Stuart
