Ho guys I'm hoping someone can help me out here as I think I have exhausted all options. I recently reinstalled my windows 7, due to some boot up issues, so it was a fresh install. Since doing this I am no longer able to access or view any of the shared folders on ANY computers on the network. I have a fair amount of data in there so I do not want to lose it. I can access the share centres page from the Internet, and am able to use all the utilities such as p2p, etc .. However no matter what I do, I cannot access or see any of the files that are on the NAS from my W7 desktop. Any ideas on what I should do?

This is a question you should be asking on a windows forum.

Installing or reinstalling windows on your computer is not going to change anything on your NAS.  I can't be of much help because we don't use windows here - except for one copy of XP in a VM used for testing - but you might stare by looking at the windows firewall settings and network access permissions and make sure your computer is in the same workgroup.

Can you ping the NAS or access to its webUI? If yes, try accessing via UNC?
