four red red lights stay on

Viewcam stopped seeing camera a few days ago, even when on wired network. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, rebooted camera and router, updated firmware when prompted by MyDLink, reset firmware to factory, uget updated Viewcam software, ran setup numerous times. Now MyDLink doesn't see camera either. Green light is on but all four red lights stay lit. Camera is recognized in Windows 7 and has IP Address. The local D-Link network device screen appears and displays the view. Any ideas, did it just crap out? It's about 3 years old.

Sorry for responding to my own message but I have more info. I was able to get the four red lights to go off by pressing the little button on the back of the camera, but when I try to run the D-Link Setup Wizard I get to where I am asked to enter a new password and receive the message, "! There was a problem saving your settings. Click Next to try again." Of course that doen't work.

Sorry Bro to hear this.

I don't have a 932L..  But have you tried using a hard wired connection as a last resort?

Might be time to upgrade...

A hard ethernet line makes no difference, I can't get through the Setup Wizard. Interestingly, the green light started flashing for a few moments and the camera view appeared in Viewcam but that died quickly. I can turn off the red lights with the little white WPS button, but the camera is not responding normally. I'm not quite ready to get a new one yet, and sorry D-Link, I would look at other makes, it should not just quit like this.

I was able to get it working by entering the I.P. address as a static IP and also the Default Gateway, which I know is 192.168.0.1 using the camera's network web interface. Wireless is also set up now. I still can't save a password using the Network Setup wizard, but I don't really care about that. I'm just happy to see the little green light flashing again [knock on wood]

3 years is pretty damn good.  These things are only warrantied for like 1 year if I remember correctly from what I read.
