Audio solution for DCS-6111

We need a two way audio solution for this camera which will be located inside a glass door to monitor people wanting entry. We would like to mount the mic and speakers with the camera and be able to talk to someone outside the door like we did with the previous camera. Can anyone make any recommendations?
