I bought a Kindle whitepaper that uses Wi Fi. Other than going to a free wi fi location to download Amazon books, I decided to buy a router. Everything seems to be ok at the router end I believe. But when I use the wireless feature on Kindle, type in the password I assigned to the router, it always, I mean always, no matter how many times I set up, reinstall the router, and try to log into Kindle storefront using my kindle, Kindle always returns the message "Incorrect Password". Now I don't have a problem with the router. I'll keep it for future wi fi usage. I have done an installation with no password and can then go to Kindle storefront on the Kindle but that is rather insane to not have a password while I am reading books on Kindle. (I'm kind but not that kind!) Anyone have some idea why the password I assign to the router isn't working with Kindle after I reset the router (using a paper clip method) and reconfiguring with the new username and password like 5 times already? The username appears ok on the Kindle wireless, just the password doesn't work. I'd like the issue resolved before I buy more wireless products. Great router. Please and thanks.
