I thought I had tried a suggestion I'd read here before (to fix the white out exposure issue) and I know it had failed, but for some reason, it worked this time for me

. When your DCS-2132L is pointing out at a window, to the bright daylight, and your White Balance and Exposure modes are set to OUTDOOR/OUTDOOR, there is too much exposure to the point that on sunny days, almost everything is wiped out by a glaring "white." The setting that worked was changing Exposure Mode to Customize1-Min: 1/10000 Max: 1/500 (other settings under Max offered little change from the fix). Now, it looks pretty darned good. So, all of my settings under Image Setup are:
Anti Flicker = Off
Mirror = Off
Flip = Off
Power Line = 60
White Balance = Auto
Exposure Mode = Customize1 Max Gain = 3
Shutter Min: 1/10000 Max: 1/500
Denoise = 0
Brightness = 4
Contrast = 4
Saturation = 128
Sharpness = 0
I'm also limiting my FPS to only 15 has was suggested also. I'm also using "Excellent" quality.
