1 From old firmware save configuration
2 Flash 1.36 firmware
3 Restore configuration from file
4 Now any settig work

It is obvious that there is a bug.

1. Factory reset.
2. Upgrade FW.
3. Factory reset one more time.
4. Do not load saved configuration from file and set up router from scratch.
