Also ran into this exact same problem on the 1.36EU firmware. Downgraded again, and it resumed working. Upgraded again, and it broke again. I also tried several factory resets on the the new firmware to no avail. I got the strong impression there's something seriously wrong with the new firmware from a factory fresh point. (The one thing I haven't tried is to save my previous config and restoring that after loading the new firmware.)
Even following the FW update process sticky?
