DND-343 locks up

Has anyone had their DND-343 lock up ?
It seems that sometimes when it hibernates it does not wake back up and it has to be reset by removing power.  I'm running FW 1.05 with 4x1TB WD drives.  Did not have this issue prior to FW 1.05, but I wanted to upgrade for the NFS server feature.
Any help would be appreciated.
