ViewCam 2332L installing Problem

Hi,

tried to install the Software d-ViewCam (Ver. 3.4.0).
During the installation i get the error "regdbgetkeyvalueex failed", but the installation continues and seems to be finished.

But when i open the "Main Console" i get the Login Screen, where i enter the User and PW, then starts the Software but then i get always the error "the program is restarted to accept a new setting". The software restarts but the errro still occurs, it's an endless loop!

It this a known error?

I've alread deinstalled the software and installed it again as administrator.
I've started the  "Main Console" as administrator.

My System:
- Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533)
- Language: German (Regional Setting: German)
- BIOS: BIOS Date: 12/14/10 18:11:14 Ver: 08.00.15
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU         870  @ 2.93GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
- Memory: 8192MB RAM
-  DirectX Version: DirectX 11

But im getting also an error during installation.
