I recommend doing a factory reset and re-configure the router from scratch using some of the suggestions mentioned in my reply.

NO, there are differences between Rev A and B models. We also don't know if this is a D-Link issue or a Samsung issue. If other devices are working on your network and have been working up to the point when you got the Note 8, then I might presume the issue lies with Samsung for now.
Yes new, and not sure Samsung support give me solution.
I verify later setting of my routeur about DHCP and come back you if i find anything or good setting.
