Dlink Network attached storage
« on: July 24, 2013, 10:55:08 PM »

Hello,
I was planning to buy a DNS-320 NAS storage from dlink but I noticed it only accepts 2 hard drives of each 2 TB!!!!

I was hoping to buy two of these DNS320 NAS, each with 2* 3TB internal hard drives in total 6TB of storage on each of them. so use the first NAS as my primary hard drive and the second one as my backup system.

now, will DNS 320 support 6TB hard drive? or I should pick another NAS?? any suggestion will be a great help

The DNS-320 supports 3TB HDDs. When originally released, the stock firmware only supported 2TB HDDs, but subsequent firmware updates corrected this issue.

The DNS-320L supports 4TB HDDs (8TB total).
