I can add some more information :

If you cannot access your DCS-2332L, please check that:
You have at least 256K of bandwidth  = Allready check
Your DCS-2332L is not being blocked by a firewall or an antivirus program = Allreadt check

so now the question is why I can not reach my camera??

Please, I need help urgently.

Have you unplugged the camera and plugged it back in?

Most likely, the unit has become unresponsive.  You'll have to unplug it and re-plug it in from time to time.  Many folks, (myself included), use X10 or Insteon home automation devices so that we can do that remotely.  Another option is to put the camera on a timer and have the timer shut the power off for 1 minute per day and then back on, so the unit can reboot.

I went dirtcheap with Lowe's IRIS (usa).

I have asked a friend in place to restart the camera and now it works again  :). Just need to find a permanent solution to start the camera occasionally.
Thanks for your help Chamberc

No problem... it's frustrating, but sort of expected with these inexpensive cameras.  My Trendnet & Linksys cams did it from time to time as well.

If you add an insteon or Lowe's iris system at the remote site, you can turn off/on the camera via your smartphone with a power adapter.

http://www.lowes.com/iris

You would only need the HUB

http://www.lowes.com/pd_388556-41166-HUB520_0__?productId=3735301

and Smart Plug

http://www.lowes.com/pd_388564-41166-SPG902_0__?productId=3735315

You can turn off/on whenever you want.

You might want to get the smart kit with the door kit sensors if it is your property for intrustion alert. Cheaper that way.

also, if you log into the camera's f/w, you should be able to reboot the device under maintenance->system

In these situations the cameras are non responsive to all tcp/ip traffic therefor that won't work.

I think RYAT3 was suggesting that as a preventative measure, not as a course of action once the camera is not reachable.
