I cancelled my bsecure account after the trial until my current anti-virus expired. I'm trying to use the website to re-enable it and it shows that my "Account is Inactive". So I try to go to the free trial page and it says "If you previously cancelled the SECURESPOT free trial, enter your router MAC address below." So I put my MAC in and then it says "Your device is already registered. Click here to Login." And that takes me back to the first page where it says my account is inactive. So.......it just sends me in circles and there is no support number to call. Anyone got any ideas on this? Or at least a number to call?
