  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
  • Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?
  • Was the router working before any firmware updates?

I would do a factory reset, turn OFF all other devices accept for one wired PC. Set up the router for manual SB and ABE and use 100.00 and 10.00 settings. Save settings and reboot. Setup WiFi SSID and PWs. Turn on the next device and follow on with all others.

Not sure if this router will be good on 4G LTE and there could be ping issues on that kind of network and plat form. These routers work bed on wired DSL or Cable modems.

Also be advised:

This router may not work well in your region and with your ISP setup.

You may find a better router for your region that is fully supported here:

Good Luck

You know I actually tried this fw when it was released and had the same problem with my network, and priorities being empty so I downgraded.  Just went back to this fw to see if any updates have been made and still see nothing in my network or priorities.  Did a factory reset as well so I think it may be something with the fw.  Until theres a new one I'm going back to default

What version are you referring too? I see network priorities on my 5500 all the time.

What browser do you use to manage the 5500?

Please, when you replay and include a quote, type in your text before the [quoted section please. This will display the text on top of actual quoted text. Helps for ease of reading.

Thank you.  ;)

I'm using v1.11B03NA and I've tried firefox, IE, Chroms and OS x on my macbook.  If I go to network settings I can see all the devices there and reserve ips but nothing under the my network or priorities

I use Mac Book as well. I'm on OSX 10.7.5 and 10.9 as well. I see information in both areas...however I use Safari when I manage the router.

I'll go back and have a look again and see with mine...
