I am having problems with watching Netflix and playing xbox at the same time, every time I am in a live match (Call of duty) I get disconnected from the host when I start up Netflix. I am using QOS and have my xbox set to the highest priority. I guess my main question would be how to setup a QOs rule to limit just Netflix from taking all the bandwidth. I dont know how to differentiate between regular web browsing and netflix seeing they use the same port. Any help would be greatly appreciated

How do you have GF set up right now? What is the priority setting for the xbox?
You'll need to set up another rule for the netflix streamer device and set a 128 priority setting I believe. And you'll need to maybe lower the xbox priority to say 50? Test that out and see if it helps.

What ISP modem mfr and model do you have?
What ISP Speeds up and down that you pay for?

Lastly is there a way to limit netflix and not each individual device because there about 5 potential devices that can be used (ipad, iPhone, laptops, xbox, ps3) ?

Forgot to add I only get booted when I start or stop netflix very rarely is it when they are both running at the same time, nor does it lag.

Try setting the priority for the xbox rule to 50 instead of 1. Set the rule for the netflix devcies to 128.

Not sure if your ISP speeds are enough to handle both gaming and video streaming. Thats pretty low ISP speeds...

Still get booted regularly after trying to set the Xbox to priority 50.... I don't understand why it causes my connection to time out like it does

And is the other rule for the netflix device set up for 128? maybe higher?

Yeah I set it for 255 and it didn't seem to help much

Is Dynamic Defrag enabled or disabled?

I think for your speeds it might need to be enabled...
