Creating AccessControl rule failes in firmware 1.31

Hi,
I just tried to create some Access Control rules in my DIR-655 with firmware 1.31.
But no matter whether I select "Log Web Access Only, Block All Access or Block Some Access", the router reboots when I press "save" to save the created rule.
The created rule is not saved in the router after the reboot.
