Re-install factory system
« on: January 01, 2014, 06:30:42 AM »

Hi,

I have a question about re-install factory operating system. It is possible to re-install? I have a trouble with some running transsmision deamons after deleting ffp catalong in Volume_1. I can't connect with NAS by ssh or telnet. I'm trying to instal fun_plug but is not installing.
Could you have any ideas?
Thanks for help.

Regards

The following procedure will reset your DNS-320L to the factory default settings, but will not restore the firmware to the shipping version: DNS ShareCenter - Restoring Factory Default Settings

When you refer to the OS, I presume you mean "firmware". You can find all legacy firmware versions here: D-Link Taiwan Site Downloads.

The default torrent client used by the DNS-320L is Transmission 2.73 on the 1.03b04 firmware. If you have activated P2P Download on the NAS, this is the daemon you see running.

If you remove the fun_plug startup-script (or rename it), non of the packages installed in fun_plug will be able to start.
