How to use my 930L as a puppy cam for all to view

The "features" blurb says I can let anyone view the live cam video.
I have been able to make this work last year by letting others use mydlink account.
Not what I want! Can anyone detail port forwarding for this old former geek?
Any help is appreciated.

take a look at http://portforward.com - has info on how to do it, for very many different routers
What kind of router is the first question
