SDK or api access

i want to make an application in vbnet or c# to control my new camera.

is there any SDK available or API's to connect to my camera?

What do you mean by "example of using"?  Do you mean an emulator or live demo?

Hello,

what i wanted to ask if there is any example of code using this NetIPCamAPI ?

Because i want to control my DSC-5020 in a visual basic program i am making.
So the panning/tilt,...

also taking pictures, ...
