Email notification on motion detection... no picture

I don't know if there is someone else with this problem... i've set up the cam  for motion detection and i receive emails when it's triggered, but i don't get the picture it has taken. I use my own
ISP to send the mail (telenet.be) and send it too my gmail-address.

What am i doing wrong? if you need additional information, plz ask me.

Are you getting emails without images?
Or no email at all?

What firmware are you using?
