(RESOLVED) Router IP Change Issues

I have had this router for two days and have been trying anything I can to get it to work. I am required to change the router's incoming IP address because of the way my network is set up. The current configuration is Internet--Server--Wired Router--Wired Router--DIR-615. It needs to be a static IP address other than 192.168.0.1. However, any time I change it, no matter what I change it to, I am unable to reconnect with the manual configuration screens so that I can continue to configure it. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
