Not hard to do, it's a free download and stand alone program so you can just run it.

Ok so i have to download it, id have to get my landlord to do it from her ipad she has access to router  settings, can it be done from a ipad ? And when we download it then that allows you to look at the router settings with us? What would i need to do, just download it and let you know when we download the app

Ok what is the id and pw , would we find that after download team viewer. And for you to help configure the router we both have to be on team viewer same time?

Ok. Where do i find pw and Id.  My landlord might be able to download it today in a bit if not we will have to set another time. She's not in a lot unfortunately

So my landlord.is coming tomorrow were going to download the team viewer app tomorrow afternoon. So hopefully you can do it then. Once we download it what do i do, where do I look for the Id and pw, and then send you that info and you can go on and configure the router. Will it fix the lag forsure ? Maybe I didnt do the thing right. Because while people are watching netflix or streaming its real bad but its fine when there not. So hopfully you can make it so it won't lag lol.

Do you have access to the router at your location? I don't think we need the landlord unless you dont' have access to the router...
