Just change the MAC address for the reserved IP address thats currently set up for the PS4 under Setup/Networking...

No, I set the .199 address to be the PS4 IP address always so you wouldn't have to change any of the QoS settings. If you get the xbox, then just change the MAC address on that IP address reservation to the new MAC address of the xbox.

Ok under setup , network settings.      Then down to DHCP reservation list, edit and put xboxs mac address instead of ps4, then save settings ? And then do i have to reboot router and system or no

Correct. If u turn on the xbox and change the address, be sure to turn off the xbox, reboot the router then turn on the xbox after router is back to ready.

I noticed you changed the dhcp reservation to .199 and it changed my ps4 ip address to the same thing .199 at end. Diffrent then my ps4 ip was before was it supposed to change it. also its not letting me play multiplayer on ghosts it will say error code. I have to restart modem and system then it works. Do u know why that is

Yes, it's preferred to have a different IP address and setting up 2 QoS rules for the PS4 and for All other devcies, needed to be outside of the All Other devices rule so .199 is used while the All Other Devices rule is set at .100 thru .150.

Not sure about modem issues...
Try changing the WAN port speed from Auto to 100Mb or try 10Mb and see on the router under Advanced/Adv Networking...

Neex to set a manual channel on the wireless router if u can find a open and clear chl thats not being used.

Ensure that the streaming devce thats is using netflix is with in the all other devices rule ip address range and test the rule by lowering the priority value to 200...

I recommend that u phone contact D-link support for your region for additional help if this fails.

I called dlink they said i need to put the ports needed for call of duty in my router, we tried but i need to find the ports to PlayStation and put them in as well , doing that should fix the issue with not getting multiplayer eh? And as for the lag i need to make sure the ip address of device streams netflix is within all other devices rule? If its lower or higher to i just put that ip address in the to or from box depending what it is? And also you say to put all other device rule to 200? And that should fix the lag?

The ports for ps4 i googled say tcp:  80,443,1935,3478-3480       udp:   3478 -3479        it was for battlefield but it said those were ps4 ports, but i seen somewhere else PlayStation ports were   tcp  80 ,443,  5223             udp       3478,3479,3658. So which do i use. The ps4 im guess?

Please follow this for inputting ports into PF section:
Gaming and QoS for PlayStation

Reserved IP addresses are set for the PS I believe.
